Mark Dion - Founder, President
As the founder of the Orange Agency, Mark has embedded the firm with a client-first, results-driven culture. He specializes in developing fully integrated public affairs and image campaigns for major trade associations, Fortune 500 companies, and foreign countries. In addition, some of our nation’s top leaders have relied on his advice in their campaigns — serving as a top strategic consultant developing advertising campaigns for presidential, gubernatorial, senatorial, and congressional candidates.
Mark started his career on Capitol Hill where he served as a Chief of Staff and Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives and a legislative aide in the U.S. Senate. He also managed a political action committee for a major national trade association, lobbied on federal health care issues, and ran campaigns for the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.
Mark earned his degree from Syracuse University where he had a lot of fun serving as the school’s mascot, “Otto the Orange.” He and his wife Stacey, live in Washington, D.C. with their two children.
Andi Page - Managing Director
With a background in finding creative solutions for clients, Andi is constantly employing new methods and technologies to see which digital strategy works best for our clients. As she oversees the Orange Agency’s digital practice, she directs buying and strategies for leading trade associations and corporations by blending her knowledge of online tactics with her profound understanding of traditional communications and advocacy.
Prior to joining Orange, Andi worked at Revolution Agency where she was a central player in the creation and placement of high-profile advertising campaigns for clients such as Hewlett-Packard Enterprises, CTIA-The Wireless Association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
Andi started her career on Capitol Hill as an aide to then-Congressman Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Congressman Jeb Hensarling (R-TX) where she gained an understanding of the intersection of politics and public policy.
Andi earned her degree from Virginia Tech. She and her husband Ben live in Fairfax, VA with their two sons.
Parisa Damian - Design Director
Parisa is a multi-talented graphic designer and illustrator focused on digital, print and collateral branding for the Orange Agency. She has over a dozen years of experience, honing her craft at small agencies and as a freelancer before joining our team.
With a keen eye for design Parisa utilizes the last technologies to create work that is authentic, relatable and evocative. She is meticulous in her approach from concept to final product — to ensure that all work not only looks great, but is built efficiently and adheres to today's ever changing print and digital standards.
With a breadth of experience that spans a wide variety of issues and industries, Parisa has the ability to develop creative that will stand out, feel authentic and be memorable.
Casey Sattler - Creative Director
Casey is an Emmy™ Award Winning editor and designer with over 35 years of broadcast, news and video production experience.
In his role as Creative Director at the Orange Agency, he directs a talented team of video editors, designers, illustrators and web specialists to develop memorable broadcast, print and digital communications for leading political and issue groups, U.S. Senate and House leaders, and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Orange, Casey was the Creative Director for another major Washington D.C advocacy and public relations advertising firm. He arrived at that agency from the world of broadcast news — creating award-winning designs for signature programs such as World News Tonight, Nightline and This Week.
As a news veteran, Casey learned how to distill issues quickly and capture the visual essence of what resonates with viewers. This skill and his ability to meet short deadlines and work in high-pressured environments has made him an invaluable member of the team.
